Ephesians 2:14-17 (NKJV) For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near.

When you accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, you are brought into the body of Christ where you stand before God on a par with anybody. Believers stand together on equal footing before God because of what Christ did for us on the Cross. God has reconciled us unto Himself through the shed blood of His Son Jesus Christ. By God’s grace we are brought into the family of God. We have been made one in Christ by faith. And we are going to be together throughout eternity. So, it would probably be a good idea to make amends with one another, to put aside any ill feelings, to bury the hatchet so to speak, and speak to each other every now and then. After all eternity is a very long time. The Lord Jesus Christ has made peace between Jews and Gentiles, and between sinners and God. We are one in Christ, and He has made peace. We now have peace with God, and we should have peace with each other in the body of Christ. God is reconciled, meaning God is ready to receive you if you will come to Him through His Son Jesus Christ. If you are ready to come to Christ, then you will be reconciled to God. And you will be brought into a new body, a body of believers, and it doesn’t matter who you are. It doesn’t make any difference. For we all are one in Christ. We are placed in Him and we become one new man. And we should have peace. There is peace because we are in Christ, and because together we are a new man. That new man is the church. All who believes are brought together in Christ into the family of God. This is the church that God is building today. The Lord Jesus Christ by His death and resurrection became the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We come through Christ directly into the presence of God the Father. Christ has brought us all together in Him. And “Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God” (2 Corinthians 5:20 NKJV).

God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
