1 Corinthians 15:51-53 (NKJV) Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

The mystery that was not revealed in the Old Testament is now revealed in the New Testament by God. The mysteries of the Word of God are not learned by observation, or by listening, or by following your heart. These facts about the Word of God must be revealed by God. The mystery here is the fact that whether we die or not before the second coming of Christ, we all have to be changed before we enter into His presence. When Christ returns, all who are His will be changed in a moment, in the smallest particle of time. We shall be transformed “in the twinkling of an eye.” We will be like Christ when we see Him face-to-face. Our transformation will happen so quickly, that we won’t even have the time to say, “Christ is here!” At the last call of the Lord Jesus Christ, “the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” Just as Christ called Lazarus by name, Christ will call out our names when He comes again for His bride, His church, all who are His. When Christ returns, our salvation will be complete and we will receive our glorified bodies. “For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.” So that we may enter into heaven in the righteousness of Christ and experience all of the things in heaven in its fullness and in grace.

God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
