Hebrews 1:3 (NKJV) who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

We know about God from the revelation that God has given us in His Son, “who being the brightness of His glory.” The Lord Jesus Christ is the brightness we see of God’s radiance. For no one has seen God, but we know about God through Jesus Christ His Son. The Lord Jesus Christ reveals God to us today because He is God. “For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily” (Colossians 2:9 NKJV). And as God created all things by His word, Christ holds everything together. The Lord Jesus Christ is the person of God, and He is the preserver of all things. He is personally maintaining all of creation. Because the Lord Jesus Christ personally paid the penalty for our sins. The cleansing of our sins was accomplished by His shed blood on the Cross. And today we are redeemed and reconciled with God. All who comes to the Lord Jesus Christ receives a full redemption and complete forgiveness of their sins. And even in His glorified body, the prints of the nails are in His hands and feet, and the spear wound is in His side. For what He has done for us, the Lord Jesus Christ received a glory and a majesty when He went back to the Father’s throne room in heaven. And He “sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high,” because our redemption is complete in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. There is nothing more that He needs to do for our salvation, it is as He said, “It is finished.” Christ has completed our redemption, and we are complete in Christ. For God has reconciled us unto Himself through the substitutional sacrifice of His Son Jesus Christ. And now Christ is at the right hand of the Father, ever living to make intercession for us to keep us in the will of God. My friend, we can obtain mercy and find grace in our time of need, because Jesus is alive. Christ is the One who can help us. He is the one to whom we can turn to. For Christ gave Himself. He shed His precious blood that we might live.

God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
