Titus 2:11-15 (NKJV) 11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, 13 looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, 14 who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. 15 Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you.

The grace of God is our solid foundation of salvation. It is the way God saves us. By grace alone and in Christ alone we are saved. That is the good news. It is the power of God unto salvation. By grace we are saved, and by grace we live a life that testifies about Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. What the Lord Jesus Christ did for us over 2,000 years ago is the gospel, the good news, the message of salvation. God the Father reconciled all who would believe in His Son, Jesus Christ, to Himself. The Son, Jesus Christ, died for us. And it pleased the Father. And He raised His Son from the grave on the third day. Do you see my friends? God does not wink at sin. He does not ignore it. He does not justify it. He does not excuse it. Sin had to be dealt with. And here is the most wonderful thing about how God dealt with sin. God dealt with sin way back in eternity, before the beginning of time. Can you just imagine. Before creation, God the Father says to the Lord Jesus Christ, His Son, “We are going to create a huge universe, and on one tiny little planet, We are going to create man in Our own image. And We are going to create woman from his flesh. And they will be fruitful and bear generations upon generations of children. But the very first man and woman will fall for the deception of Satan, and they will commit sin. And their sin will be passed down to all generations. So even before We begin to create all things, I have put together a plan of salvation. And it requires You My Son to die for their sins. Will You do that?” And the Lord Jesus Christ said to the Father, “I will.” Love is the divine motive of God’s plan of salvation. But it is not how God saves us. God’s plan of salvation dealt with the sin of the world with the substitutional sacrifice of His Son. And now God the Father can save us by grace because of what His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, did for us on the Cross on Calvary. That is the good news, we are saved by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16 NKJV). It is simply wonderful to be saved by the grace of God. All God asks of us is to trust Him and to accept His Son the Lord Jesus Christ. This is the only way to heaven. For the Lord Jesus Christ said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6 NKJV). Friends, God does not want you to reform. God wants to redeem you through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us that He might redeem us. And one day the Lord Jesus Christ will return to take His church out of this world. It is the blessed hope for all true believers. And while we are waiting for Christ’s return, we are to be living for God by letting Christ live through us. So, be strong and courageous in Christ your Savior, my friend. Don’t let anyone despise you because of the life you live for Christ. Live for Christ with authority, for Christ dwells within you.

God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
