Job 33:3-4 (NKJV) 3 My words come from my upright heart; My lips utter pure knowledge. 4 The Spirit of God has made me, And the breath of the Almighty gives me life.

Here, Elihu contradicts Job. Elihu tells Job that he is speaking from his heart. And he is speaking from the Word of God. Elihu tells Job that the Holy Spirit of God made him, and the breath of the Almighty gives him life. This surely is a great truth. God is our Creator. And being born again, being a child of God, being given a new nature in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior, we ought to speak by the Holy Spirit of God. The Apostle Peter said, “If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen” (1 Peter 4:11 NKJV). This is so applicable to all Christians, but even more important for everyone who preaches and teaches the Word of God. It is so important that preachers and teachers speak the pure truth of God’s Word. Salvation is through Christ alone by grace alone. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6 NKJV). Jesus is able to save us because He is God the Son, the second person of the Trinity, the Triune Godhead. His name is Jesus because He saves His people from their sins. Jesus can do this because He is Immanuel, God with us. Jesus is the Messiah. Jesus stepped down from heaven and clothed Himself in humanity. Jesus was born of a virgin; He was fully God and fully man. Jesus performed many miracles, and He died a substitutionary death on the Cross for the payment of the sins of the world, that the world may be saved through Him. And God the Father was well pleased with His Son’s finished work of salvation, in that He raised His Son bodily from the grave on the third day. Jesus ascended to heaven, and He is seated at the right hand of the Father. Jesus is the living Christ. And Jesus is coming back someday. These are the truths of God’s Word. God is very clear about these things. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16 NKJV). If anyone deviates from the truth of God’s Word, if anyone denies the deity of Jesus, then he or she is preaching a false doctrine. Jesus warned us about these false teachings. Jesus said, “Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved” (Matthew 24:11-13 NKJV). My friends, it is so important for preachers and teachers of the Word of God, to speak as the oracles of God.

God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
