Proverbs 3:13-14 (NKJV) 13 Happy is the man who finds wisdom, And the man who gains understanding; 14 For her proceeds are better than the profits of silver, And her gain than fine gold.

Happy is the man who finds Christ, as He has been made Wisdom for us. For it is written in God’s spoken word to us: “But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption” (1 Corinthians 1:30 NKJV). Our Lord Jesus Christ is Wisdom for us today. And the benefit of knowing Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior far surpasses any profits a man might get from silver and gold. However, it takes dedication to get to know more about our Lord Jesus Christ. We must commit our selves to learn and know more about Christ through God’s spoken Word to us. The Spirit of God will open up the Scriptures to us, if we truly want to learn and know more about God. We need to re-order our schedules to make the time to study God’s Word. It requires an earnest desire, sacrifice, and commitment to study the Word of God. It takes work for sure to be able to say to God, “Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You” (Psalm 119:11 NKJV). My friends, the way the world is going to find out about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is us. Therefore, being a living example of God’s Word is imperative. To be able to speak eloquently about God’s Word is not worth anything if our lives does not match the words that we speak. The Truth of God’s Word and our love for Him must be evidenced by our lives. This is what is important. The Apostle Paul said it this way, “You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men; clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart” (2 Corinthians 3:2-3 NKJV). My friends, we are Christ’s love letters that are known and read of all men. It tis imperative that we be obedient and study God’s spoken Word to us that we may know more about Christ for He is Wisdom for us that is more valuable than silver and gold. For the Word of God written on our hearts will have an influence on our lives and the lives of those around us.

God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
