Psalm 130:4-6 (NKJV) 4 But there is forgiveness with You, That You may be feared. 5 I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, And in His word I do hope. 6 My soul waits for the Lord More than those who watch for the morning—Yes, more than those who watch for the morning.
The same grace that saves us as Gentiles will also save the nation of Israel. The day is coming when the cry of the faithful remnant of Israel will be answered. Our Lord Jesus Christ will return to Zion and will turn away ungodliness from the people of Israel and from the promise land: “And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The Deliverer will come out of Zion, And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob; For this is My covenant with them, When I take away their sins.” Concerning the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but concerning the election they are beloved for the sake of the fathers” (Romans 11:26-28 NKJV). During the Great Tribulation the faithful remnant of Israel will wait for the Lord to deliver them more than the watchers for the morning. We are to wait, as well, for the rising of the Bright and Morning Star, the Lord Jesus Christ, when He returns for His own.
God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
