Proverbs 21:23 (NKJV) Whoever guards his mouth and tongue Keeps his soul from troubles.
This is absolutely true. There are times that we just give out too much information about ourselves to people we don’t even know. And it is especially troublesome when we share things with people who pretend to be our friends. For an enemy in disguise will use all that you say against you, including things that you did not say. In other words, they will just simply take what you say and make things up. Be careful of what you say to those who are untrustworthy. Watch what you say. For sometimes it is hard to tell who are your friends and who are your enemies. Make sure that your friends are of the same spirit as you. And make sure that you are staying close to Christ. And your friends are doing the same.
God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
