Psalm 104:1-4 (NKJV) O Lord my God, You are very great: You are clothed with honor and majesty, 2 Who cover Yourself with light as with a garment, Who stretch out the heavens like a curtain. 3 He lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters, Who makes the clouds His chariot, Who walks on the wings of the wind, 4 Who makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flame of fire.

This psalm speaks of God the Creator. All three Persons of the Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit; the Triune Godhead was involved in Creation. As it is written: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1 NKJV). The Greek word that is translated to God is Elohim. It is a plural word of Eloah, and it carries the concept of more than two. God is the Creator. “For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him” (Colossians 1:6 NKJV). God spoke all things into existence, but God, Elohim, made man with His own hands. God, Elohim, said “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth” (Genesis 1:26 NKJV). “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being” (Genesis 2:7 NKJV). “And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man” (Genesis 2:21-22 NKJV). God did something different when He created man and woman. God created man and woman with His own hands. God created man and woman in His own image (Genesis 1:27). And God breathed into man and woman the breath of life. God created man and woman so that He could have fellowship with us because we have God’s life in us. And when sin separated us from God, He sent His Son Jesus Christ to redeem us. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16 NKJV). My friend, God gave us the freedom to choose Him or reject Him. There is no middle ground, my friend. Either you have Christ or you don’t. If you have Christ, then you have life. For Jesus said “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6 NKJV). For this reason, Jesus said “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand” (John 10:27-28 NKJV). My friend, in all of Creation, God desires to have a personal relationship with you. But you must have Christ as your Lord and Savior. Choose Christ my friend and enjoy eternal life.

God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
