Isaiah 55:9-13 (NKJV) 9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. 10 “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, 11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. 12 “For you shall go out with joy, And be led out with peace; The mountains and the hills Shall break forth into singing before you, And all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress tree, And instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree; And it shall be to the Lord for a name, For an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”

The entire Bible contains the very spoken Word of God. It is God speaking directly to us. It could only have been written by divine revelation, because man’s thoughts never follow the redemption route. It can only be written by divine revelation, because of its accuracy, its cohesiveness, its reliability and its importance. For the only place the gospel of salvation is found is in the Word of God. Salvation is a revelation of God. You see the gospel of salvation is not asking you to do something to gain or to earn your salvation. Neither is the gospel of salvation something that man has created. Man does not earn salvation. Man cannot buy salvation. Man does not even think about salvation. But salvation is a gift from God through the shed blood of His Son Jesus Christ. We are saved by Christ alone, by grace alone. God’s Word, the gospel of salvation, flows down from heaven like rain. It covers the entire earth and touches all of its inhabitants. And when the Word of God is planted in the hearts of men, like a seed, it will be watered by God’s Word that falls like rain form heaven. And there will be fruit in the lives of believers. They will respond with praise to God. And one day our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will return to set up His Millennium Kingdom and all the redeemed will rejoice.

God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
