Psalm 24:1-2 (NKJV) The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein. 2 For He has founded it upon the seas, And established it upon the waters.
Our LORD our God is the Creator of the heavens and the earth. This earth belongs to God. The earth does not belong to anyone else. It belongs to God. There are so many people talking about this and that. How they must be the protectors of the earth, or else the earth will cease to be. They scream and bully people to see things their way. Because they want to run this earth. But the earth belongs to God. God has not given up His divine ownership of this earth. “He has founded it upon the seas, And established it upon the waters.” “Then God said, “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear”; and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth, and the gathering together of the waters He called Seas. And God saw that it was good” (Genesis 1:9-10 NKJV). Even in creation we see references of the resurrection. When God gathered the waters together, land appeared out of the seas. It is a picture of life rising up out of death. “All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made” (John 1:3 NKJV). And one day Jesus is returning to claim what is His. He will put down His enemies and He will establish His Kingdom, and His Kingdom will have no end.
God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
