Psalm 150:1-6 (NKJV) Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty firmament! 2 Praise Him for His mighty acts; Praise Him according to His excellent greatness! 3 Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; Praise Him with the lute and harp! 4 Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! 5 Praise Him with loud cymbals; Praise Him with clashing cymbals! 6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!

God is the object of worship. God is the Creator, and through Christ all things were made. God is the Redeemer, and through Christ God reconciled sinners unto Himself. All who will come to Christ by faith shall be saved. God is worthy of our worship because He is the only Creator and He is the only Redeemer. God has created us for Himself. And He has redeemed us for Himself. God alone is to have our adoration and praise. Because He alone is worthy of worship. God has created everything that all of creation might praise Him. All men, women and children are to worship God. Because God created all of mankind for the purpose of fellowship with Himself. This is our primary purpose in life. We are to glorify God and be loved by Him forever. We were created to praise God. All of creation sings in prefect harmony to praise His Holy name. This is our high purpose in life. However, mankind fell out of harmony with the fall of Adam and Eve. Mankind got out of tune with God, and out of fellowship with Him. But through His Son Jesus Christ, God is bringing mankind back into harmony with Him. God is bringing us back into fellowship with Him. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16 NKJV). Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, God the Son, stepped down from heaven to earth. And through His substitutional sacrifice on the cross at Calvary, He is able to bring all who will come to Him for salvation, back into harmony with God the Father. And today, my friends, the redeemed are the ones who lift their voices with joy in their hearts to praise God the Creator and Redeemer. Only the redeemed are in tune with God. For those who believe by faith in His Son Jesus Christ are set free from the bondage of sin. “Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy” (Psalm 107:1-2 NKJV). My friend, sin has taken man out of God’s heavenly choir. But not all is lost, because anyone can come back in through Jesus Christ. All you have to do is believe in Jesus by faith. The Lord Jesus Christ will bring you back into a redemptive and right relationship with God. And you can lift your voice in praise to Him.

God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
