Hebrews 10:37-38 (NKJV) 37 “For yet a little while, And He who is coming will come and will not tarry. 38 Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.”

Some believers act as though Jesus keeps delaying His coming. Jesus is not tarrying. God the Father knows the day and the hour of His Son’s return. Some people ask, “When is Jesus coming?” Well, God has not told me. In fact, no one knows but God. For this is what Jesus says, “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only” (Matthew 24:36 NKJV). Some people talk as if God told them the day and the hour, but I think they heard their own voices. Because nobody knows, not even the angels, but God the Father only. My friends, while we don’t know when Christ will return, we can be sure that He will come on the day God the Father appointed. Jesus’ Second Coming is as certain as His First Coming. “Now the just shall live by faith.” God the Father has justified, reconciled, us unto Himself by the shed blood of His Son Jesus Christ. Jesus paid the penalty for our sins. Jesus died for us that we might live. Jesus paid the penalty for our sins on the Cross. And He took away the sting of death when He rose from the grave on the third day. Jesus is alive and He is seated at the right hand of the Father in heaven. We have a living Intercessor; His name is Jesus. He is the living Christ at the Father’s right hand. And in the living Christ, we shall live. We are justified by Christ. We live in Christ. And in the living Christ we have faith. The resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ is what gives us Hope. The fact that Jesus is alive is the foundation of our faith. We believe in a living Savior. Jesus is not dead. He is alive, and He is our Hope. My friends, today, God is asking you to come to Him. But if you draw back, God will have no pleasure in you. But if you really want to live, then come to Christ. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, God the Son, the Second Person of the Triune Godhead, Elohim. And you shall have eternal life.

God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
