1 Timothy 1:14 (NKJV) And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.

The Apostle Paul escaped the punishment he deserved, by God’s grace Paul was saved. And not only that, but God also brought him to the place of faith and love “which are in Christ Jesus.” For “the law entered that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more” (Romans 5:20). My friends, we are saved by grace alone in Christ alone. God has given to the world an opportunity to be delivered from the guilt of sins through the shed blood of His Son Jesus Christ. God is offering us His grace. And we ought to respond with faith and love in Christ Jesus. And we ought to remain in Christ because only by putting on our new nature which is in Christ and keeping it on, can we keep our old sin nature off. Meaning my friends, throughout our lives, we either have on our new nature or that old sin nature. Here is how we keep our new nature on. Jesus said “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love” (John 15:9-10 NKJV). My friends, obedience is essential to abiding in Christ.

God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
