Ephesians 1:7 (NKJV) In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

God chose us. He predestinated us and made us accepted through the redemption power of the shed blood of His Son Jesus Christ. The life, death, resurrection and assentation of the Lord Jesus Christ are well documented in the Word of God. Christ redeemed us through the power of His blood. Would you be free from the burden of sin if not for the blood of Christ? Would you over evil a victory win if not for the blood of Christ? Absolutely not without the blood of Christ. My friends, there is power, power, wonder-working power in the blood of the Lamb. But the shed blood of Christ does not appeal to the old nature of man. Therefore, many liberal churches and even some so-called Bible churches do not emphasize the redemption power of the blood of Christ. Because it is considered to be repulsive to liberal minded, worldly and prideful believers. But the only thing that is repulsive about the blood of Christ is our sins. But the Word of God tells us, “And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission” (Hebrews 9:22 NKJV). My friends, it is through the blood of Christ that we have redemption. With the precious blood of Christ, we are saved. Christ’s death and the shedding of His blood is the foundation for forgiveness, without that, God cannot forgive us. Why? Because divine forgiveness depends upon the penalty being executed. And the penalty for sin is death. Christ paid the penalty, and now God can forgive. It is as John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” That is how a righteous God forgives us, Christ paid the penalty for our sins. This is the only way that we can be forgiven of our sins. My friends, God has redeemed us according to the riches of His grace. God is rich in grace, and He is not stingy with it. God gives it out abundantly. He has bestowed so much on me, but God has a bunch more for you. God can save you and He can save me. And God can keep us because God gives according to the riches of His grace. My friends, never forget that your redemption and your forgiveness are given to you according to the riches of God’s grace.

God Bless and have a great day in God’s Word.
